Paul Dunton Orchestra

One of te best things about festivals is coming across different sounds Singer-songwriter, Paul Dunton leads his own unique cross-over orchestra providing an a cinematic blend of folk, pop and americana. Performing a mix of his own compositions and a varied selection of uniquely arranged standards, The Orchestra is comprised of violin, cellos, flute, bass, guitar and percussion, Paul himself on keys/vocals and his lead vocalists, Poppy Raine and Kirsti Robinson.

In 2017, Paul and the orchestra were featured on BBC Radio 2 by Joan Armatrading with interviews and airplay of one of Paul’s songs, ‘Don’t Forget’. This led to Paul supporting Joan Armatrading on five occasions during her recent UK tours.

2019 saw main stage sets at Pub in The Park, Create Festival, Local & Live and Black Deer Music Festival followed by a highly successful tour to Austin Texas in the autumn of 2019.

The new single 'Give Me A Reason' was launched via a recent sell out headline show at London’s Union Chapel. ‘Give Me A Reason’  is out now on ITunes, Spotify and all renowned digital stores. The new 14 track album ‘Clearly Invisible’ is available at all gigs.

We are delighted to bring Paul and his Orchestra to Orpington.
