General info and your questions answered

Q: What time does the festival start and finish
?

 

Gates open at 12pm and the festival finishes at 10.30pm (last gate entry is at 7.30pm)

Q: Can I pay on the gate?


Our license only allows for 500 tickets at the gate so it's best you book in advance as tickets are selling fast Tickets at the gate are £30

Q: Can we bring our own food and drink ?

 

No alcohol  can not be brought into the park our licenses do not permit it. (if you attempt to bring alcohol onto the site you will be refused entry). Why would you want to do all that carrying anyway? We will have a wide selection of food and drink on the festival site to tingle your taste buds! Our fully licensed bars operate the Challenge 25 policy to ensure the safety and smooth running of the festival. If you are under 25 please bring a photo ID with you just in case you are challenged for your youthful good looks at the gate or at the bar.

Q: Can I bring my dog ?

 

are sorry to say dogs (except for assistance dogs) are not allowed in the main festival area.

Q: Where can I park ?

 

There is no parking on site but Orpington has plenty of parking locally all within easy walking distance of the event. The festival is well served by mainline trains (London Bridge to Orpington 16 mins) Sevenoaks (15mins) and buses, all within easy walking distance.

Q: Can I volunteer at Priory live ?

 

Yes absolutely! We would love to hear from you. You need to be 18+ and will need to register by email to priorylivefestival@gmail.com We would always welcome people who want to get involved so please do get in touch.

Q: Are there facilities for those with needs?


Yes of course disabled parking on request by email, toilets and viewing area, we also offer concessions on general admissions of 10%

Q: Are tickets refundable?

 

Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled and tickets would be rolled over until next year tickets would be rolled over to 2025.but lets not think like that. We will see you all on August 10th.

Q: Can we come and go?


Not generally due to alcohol policy and controls but re-entry can be arranged by request with a security code system speak to the gate security who will explain if you attend with children and want to come back for the later show no problem

Q: Is
the park open to public?

 

There will be free access to the North end at the main Carlton Parade gates with access to the cafe and the lake, as well as walking the dog, but rest of the park and gates will be closed for the day to ensure safe and secure management of the festival.
